Substitution Policy
L’artiste Florist & Weddings reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, wrapping papers, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should there be an unavailability of original materials. Flowers are seasonal and sometimes there will be less harvest on that week, but we will try to match the best flower for the bouquet.

Peak Season Price Adjustment Policy
During the super peak season month, specifically Valentine’s Day (14th-February) or Mother’s Day (every May), due to the high demand worldwide, the flower cost especially Roses will be increased multi-fold. Hence, L’artiste Florist & Weddings reserved the right to increase price accordingly during any peak season period.
We’ll adjust the product price 2-3 weeks before the peak season month, and we will ONLY accept order from our Valentine’s Day Collections or Mother’s Day for the particular month period delivery.

Privacy & Security
We respect your personal rights to your privacy and we assure users that confidentiality of customers’ data is maintained and protected.
Personal information is kept solely for internal marketing, delivery and billing purposes only. We would not disclose any of our customer personal information, email addresses or contact details to any other parties without prior consent of our customers.

Cancellation
Cancellation of orders and refunds are not available. Should you wish to change your mind on the delivery date of your order, kindly contact us at +6018 767 0266 to reschedule.

All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You may make payments through senangPay.

Delivery Information
L’artiste Florist & Weddings arrangement is delivered by our professional delivery personnel. We take utmost care to ensure freshness and the best conditions of flowers delivered.
Delivery is only available for Malaysia. We deliver Mondays to Saturdays, for Sundays and Public Holidays are available for Pre-booked only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. In the occasion that the receiver is unavailable, flowers will be placed at the door-step or left with reception. We will not be responsible for any lost/damage item.
In the event that there needs to be a re-delivery, an additional fee of delivery charge to be applied to your order. This also extends to wrongly given addresses by customer resulting in re-delivery to a different specified location. To maintain the freshness of our blooms upon receipt, redelivery has to be done as soon as possible.
